I've installed some games and at some point it crashes

I'm new here and while my 64gb SD was faulty, I used a 8gb for the 3DS untill my 64GB arrives, now the problem is that I had Metroid, Kirby, Mario and Luigi, and Project X Zone, I also had the CIA file for Pokemon Ultra Moon but I kept getting that I needed space, so I tried Kirby and after some time while pitting some cheats it crashed, I played the others to see (without cheats) and they ran well, but I ultimately desinstalled every one of them just to try Pokemon UM, now it was fine but in some points in crashes, I've put cheats as I wanted some Shiny Pokemon and put one for more XP x 10, and finally the catch it instantly, I have tried with only Shiny but it crashes at some point, don't know what I can do to stop it to crash while enabling some cheats.
