[Research for a project] What is every other factions equivalent to an average Space Marine captain (in gravis)?

I want anything that could reasonably give a captain a fight and where both combatants could reasonably win or lose without any help or terrain (or other uncontrollable) advantages, and if one of said combatants does win it would've been hard fought and they would feel it for much of their lives from then on.
