Finally got past the 2 weeks mark, day 15!

Gotta say i’ve found elements of this challenge very tough, such as the strict diet and no alcohol (my friendship group don’t drink heavy, but they do enjoy a pint or two). However for the first time i feel like it’s actually possible for me to get to the end! I’ve got a long way to go, but the progress pictures have been such a massive help for me, as has the daily weight taking. I’m 6ft 3 and at the start i weighed 194lbs, so i chose a diet of 1700 calories per day and 180g of protein. I’m definitely hungry a lot of the time, i think the water definitely helps, but i’m noticing that i hit a wall and get tired around 2pm most days. Has anyone else experienced this?? I’ve also attached my day 1 to day 15 progress pics!(i realise i am tensing in the second pic, but i’m currently weighing 179lbs so i’ve definitely lost a lot of fat!)
