What are you spending your leaf tickets on?

After spending 6+mil Bells on my Leaf Ticket maps I have finally hit 1000+ Leaftickets (day one player with a LONG break). Now I get to spend them! I reckon that makes several of us.. so I'm curious:

Tell me what are you spending them on?! Terrains? Cookies? Items? Why did you spend it on that? What did you get?
