Every game the level of support players shocks me

I know the role is inflated, I’m aware. But almost every single game I play, I’m actually shocked by how bad these players are despite that. Their ability to play any 50/50 matchup that isn’t hard losing or hard winning is so insanely below the average adc for their elo. They don’t know when they should help push, they can’t set up minions under turret properly, they can’t punish enemy mistakes, like they’re actually so ass at laning. And again, I don’t expect them to be as good as adcs at these things, the role places less emphasis on it but still. I genuinely believe if you just isolate laning, spacing trading wave management etc, it’s genuinely a 600+ lp gap in my elo (high emerald low diamond). Any 2v2 that requires finesse and nuance to get a lead they just miss play perma. They’re also a lot worse out of lane, but it’s not nearly as bad. Genuinely, some of the shit I see from my support or enemy is actually insane to be doing, and you try to explain it to them and they just give you ego. Never an mb, or a sorry bro, they can’t see their own mistakes like you or I can, despite the fact that us adc players are more emotional and toxic(comes with the role ofc), we have a more rational view on these things.
