Tough Situation

Edit: Any time I mention my wife, I mean my ex-wife. This is all traumatizing and happened only 2 months ago. She may be pregnant. She doesn't know that I know.

I’m facing a massive personal crisis. I’m now separated from my wife, who has been seeing another man for months. Our marriage has fallen apart, and I’m struggling with the emotional and financial fallout. My wife has checked out emotionally and spends a significant amount of time with her new partner, leaving me feeling abandoned and lost. I have no family support, and my financial situation is dire—I've been living on unemployment for one month now and can't afford to keep up with rent or basic needs. I apply to jobs every day.

Today my wife came to my house with her new lover, and while he was stuck in our neighbor's driveway, my neighbor said to me after they left in my car that he will bulldoze his car out.

The situation escalated when the lover confronted me at my house after i found him in my car and I gave him the finger, he got out and started making threats. This whole situation has created an incredibly hostile and toxic environment, and I’m worried about the emotional impact on my children. On top of this, I’m facing the possibility of losing my home in just a few months, with no viable way to afford a new one.

I feel trapped in a remote and economically depressed part of Ontario, that has sky-high cost of living.

My soon to be ex wife is emotionally distant, and I’m stuck navigating a difficult co-parenting situation in an area with no real support. I’m doing everything I can to keep my head above water, but I’m struggling to find any way out of this.

The man my wife is with, had a history of violence and told me he "is not afraid of going back to jail" if he fought me when I mentioned his court ordered anger management.

I'm worried what he might do tomorrow when he comes back to get his car from my neighbors driveway and it's smashed to the road by a bulldozer under a foot of snow or more and he blames me? Emergency services are a 26 minute arrival time to my area. A lot can happen in half an hour.
