How many adults actually have the time to ensure eating healthy and exercising regularly plus taking care of your body and mental health?
Hey everyone,
I know these things are possible and few people actively spend time ensuring their health is top notch
I try to eat healthy and all but my question is how many people actually have time for these things like having a meal plan and have time to take care of everything else?
I always find that I slack in one area of my life when the other is great
