Can someone please tell me why Amazon is forcing me to stay at home to receive a $100 item?
I haven't used Prime in years and I have never complained about anything. I subscribed to Prime in order to get a pair of safety shoes that I need for work in a timely manner.
They put a password on my delivery. I work nights and am never home at the times Amazon delivers. They refuse to remove the password, refuse to allow me to go pick the item up from one of the pickup/shipping centers and refuse to change the delivery to a locker. I literally had to take a day off from work in order to receive a pair of shoes.
My real question here is do you think this will be a regular thing for items valued around $100? Finding safety shoes in my size is almost impossible and Amazon seems to be the only place I can find them. I was going to order a few more pairs but if this is going to happen I won't even try because it's insane.
