Bear Panda Bara - Bad Quality or Bad Luck?

Hello everybody, I just wanted to ask if someone else got problems too with his/her order of Bear Panda's Bara?

I just got mine, and it was allready opened before.

As I opened it to check everthing I notice this bad paint job on her right legs.

Everthing looks like its dirty.

Even the nose its darker than the rest.

Its my second Bear Panda figure and I'm not sure what I should think about it.
