Started new job and scared to go back

I started a new job and have worked it for a few days. I have been trying to be optimistic, but I STILL haven’t gotten down what everyone else has. I keep having to ask for more help and I feel so stupid. I came home today and immediately just laid on the floor and cried. Yes, everyone learns at their own pace but I’m feeling so discouraged and embarrassed. I can’t afford to not go back. I would appreciate any support/suggestions for dealing with this.
