i got 3 months free of apple music (i’ve always used spotif) on my computer i see the difference in quality like day and night but on my phone i don’t, i searched and is the bluetooth. So what bluetooth earbuds can make use of the quality?

Any recommendations? EDIT: i’ll add info i have a bose qc45 and my current earbuds are the opera 05 and i don’t know if that matters but i have an iphone 16 i’m only at high quality because i heard that about the bluetooth should i switch to lossless?
