Will UK conditional offers consider this?

I recently took a set of leaving examinations, one of which I had to leave halfway through to seek medical assistance after puking in the middle of the exam. Resultantly, my score for that examination dipped massively. My UK conditional offer says I cannot get below an 80 in any Grade 12 examination, but is there any chance they would consider this situation?
