Double H1 no neutral with connections to just L and L1

Hi folks,

Can you please tell me if a DOUBLE rocker H1 no neutral switch is wired to a single light (So L and L1), will I also be able to configure and use the second rocker as a non-connected wireless switch OR does the second switch need to have a connection in L2 to work ?

Most 2 gang smart switches require both L, L1 and L2 to be connected to get both switches configurable but I am hoping that this one might be different.
