Aqara heater switch duplicates itself in HomeKit

Driving me nuts. Previously didn’t have this problem.

Now the heater magically duplicated itself and I can’t add it to my control center on iOS.

It is nowhere to be seen on control center when I try to select my accessory.

Anyone had this issue? Tried resetting the switch, removing from HomeKit. Nothing works.
