How do Canadians greet foreigners or strangers in general?

Hi! For our english project, we were tasked to dabble into how different cultures greet each other people, strangers in particular. I picked Canada for mine and I wanna ask if there are some specific greeting to foreigners or strangers that you think would be at least exclusive to Canadian culture.
