How strong is German democracy ?

With Trump in power I'm thinking the far-right in Europe generally may be emboldened. I know the Bundeswehr has a rather murky reputation as regards extremism (Day X, disbanded units, NS memorabilia found in soldiers quarters etc.) and we had the Reichsburger 'coup' which seemed laughable but of course when they are caught and they fail they just pretend they weren't serious. I personally believe that we are facing extremely difficult times and that there are people who are jealous of the Nazis notoriety and killscore and wish to beat it. With leftists and Muslims the target for slaughter this time. I'm talking about the creature in the White House and the other creature in a certain middle east capital. How likely is it that far right Bundeswehr officers may be thinking that a coup might succeed especially as Musk supports the AfD? How much support among the police and general public may there be? How committed to human rights is the typical conservative German? I realise that this subject may be deeply offensive to some but I just think it's one we cannot ignore. Of course Russia may have a view on far right coups in Germany but you never know what's going on in Putin's head. He just wants to see western nations in chaos.
