What encourages you into a hair salon or to return to it?

Please help.. as a salon owner, what can I do to entice you into my small salon? We are friendly and modern we can do literally anything! I have been behind a chair for 35 years. Stylist 1 for 30 years. Stylist 2 for 14 years and stylist 3 for 5 years. Ages 50, 47, 40 & 24. And with me for 18, 12 and 2 years. Please tell me anything that would encourage you to come in? Or to return? I’ve been in business 20 years this year and business is so slow right now I worry. My girls are employed and I love them dearly and want to keep them working in the happy environment they know and love.
