Dettol antiseptic liquid in the bath?

Recently I came across a reel that talked about using Dettol Antiseptic liquid in the bath. In the comments a lot of people were taking about how great it is for keeping clean, and they grew up with it and still use it in the bath. And how amazingly clean they felt afterwards.

It was not something we used in the bath as kids, so my only memory of it is being used to dab on cuts (it always stung!). Did anyone use it as a kid? Do you still use it? Would you recommend it?
