Moody Center bashing post

Is it just me or does Austin horribly suck at hosting big music acts at one of the worst music venues? Some amazing acts are all touring and playing at the moody center...we are in the live music capital of the world and we don't have a decent concert venue close to downtown? I saw a rock concert there recently with my favorite band and it was the most underwhelming experience despite the show and music itself being fantastic. I'd rather make the drive to Germania, wish more big acts would go there for their shows.

Am I alone in this sentiment?
