Anyone else randomly default to formal speaking?

Like, it mostly happens when I'm tired, but occasionally I'll get tired of sounding like a greeting card and default to the equivalent of Old English, except used in casual conversation. It also usually occurs when I'm done with peopling for the next week or month or lifetime or so

When I do it I use very put-together, formal speech patterns, less common/longer words, and saying things like "greetings" or "indeed"

I just always feel like I'm copying what everyone else is saying, and it feels fake, so I'm trying to find a better way to not feel like I'm cheating at socializing by finding a different way to speak, which I've found easiest in more formal speaking.

Anyone else do this? Or feel like this? Or have a different speech pattern/style they use sometimes?

I feel like this is pretty jumbled but I'm sleep deprived and haven't slept more than 6 hrs a day in over a month... it adds up, ig
