Not listening

One of my daughters (4 years old) is constantly getting into things; honestly like every toddler. But no matter how many times I tell her no/not safe/get done. She’ll stop and then do it again; most of the time when she knows I’m occupied like the bathroom. Sometimes I’m scared that is it autism or is it also something else? Today I broke down in tears. My husband and I don’t know what to do. I just feel like I’m doing it all wrong. 😞
