Canada Life - Unable to Submit a Claim

Is anyone else having issues with submitting a claim to Canada Life? I tried using the app all weekend, and each time I got an error when it tried to load the claim form. It would then try to load the PDF version and that would fail as well. I tried using the browser version on my computer and I get an error each time I try to submit, telling me to try submitting again, which just gives me the same error again.
