Anyone with odd twitching behaviours?

Im not sure if this is weird but my muscle twitches started in various body regions out of nowhere. It started in both legs calves and tighs but calves being the main place (24/7) when resting/relaxed.

For most people here it looks like their twitches started in one body region and then quickly developed to other regions, weirdly mine started in both legs and is now in other regions(near the armpit, elbow, chest and throat/neck) Fortunately they are not 24/7 like the calves.
