When did you stop wearing your rings?

I’m 17w 5d along. I take off my rings every night, but tonight it was kinda hard getting them off.. I’m worried that one day I’ll be wearing my rings and I swell up and can’t get them off. About how long through out the pregnancy did you stop being able to wear your rings?? I thought I would be good till the third trimester, but maybe not lol
