Circular holes with a flat

The holes were supposed to be circular as you can imagine. Not sure why it got flattened at the top of each of the holes. The print was done bottom to top.

I thought the overhang on the top would be minimal as in, the circle will be mostly completed and just a little bit of overhang will actually exist. But not sure what happened here. Any advise?
