Game will no longer launch after installing update?

I installed the new update 3 days ago and my game no longer launchs, I click play on steam and it says running but then just stops after a couple seconds and flashs a 100% before shutting off. I have tried removing all my mods and reinstalling the game but it still wont launch any ways to help this?
