Has Bitlife stopped adding new things for free?

I mean, you have to pay for all the important updates now, while supposedly in the past with god møde and bitizenship you had everything. I understand that they need to make money, but now you have to pay at least €5 for anything new, and there is no change in free. (I have bought bitizenship, God møde, boss møde, investor and landlord expansion packs)
