Home charging

Hello everyone! I recently bought a bolt a few months ago and in wondering if anyone knows of any affordable home charging options? I saw some plugs on amazon. I don’t want to buy it and it does not work properly for my baby Storme! I would love some suggestions! Also did anyones energy bill go up charging their car? 😭 Ill be living with someone in their home and I dont want to skyrocket the energy bill.
