Episode finder

Hi all, I'm trying to work out an episode in which a friend of mine appeared. I managed to find it once before through keywords, but she recently passed away and when I tried to find it again, I couldn't.

I wanted to share it with some friends as it captures the girl we knew and loved. Basically, she is caught out to sea, but when the rescuer gets there, she is not wearing a top. When they ask her why, she says something like 'We're European, we don't give a fuck'. It's a relatively short scene, in the earlier seasons (I'd say S3-8 at a guess.
