This sucks

Okay so me and my ex broke up like 3 months ago. We’re still talking since we decided to stay as friends but dont follow each other on social media (instagram)

During our relationship she had this coworker who she hated cuz he was annoying. We were talking today and I asked if she still hates him and she said that she don’t anymore cuz he stopped being annoying and now they are friends. She told me she doesn’t have any feelings for him but I think she does. How can you hate somebody and then just end up being friends with them? They even follow him on IG even though she blocked him before.

She still calls me when she sleeps since it was a long distance relationship.
