People do in fact let matches expire on purpose

I used to think matches would expire because the person wouldn’t be online (not on app for an extended period of time) by the time their profile would finally be shown to me but I tried something to test my theory.

First, I paid for the subscription. Then, I use the boost and waited for people to like me. After that, I instantly matched them to unsure they’d see it while online.

It did somewhat work because half of the matches sent me an opening message but the other half let it expire. Plus, the ones who sent me a message, never responded back even though I replied less than hour after them.

Conclusion, I was wrong and you guys were right. It’s shitty of Bumble to let matches expire but people on the app are even worse.
