Visual Studio Code alternitives anyone?

JetBrains IDE seem to be heavily linked to Russia, I don't even want to risk it. (source of this, I read in the comments of this post from this sub)

The best one I know is SublimeText which is Australian, I'll give it a go, but I would prefer something closer to home.
