Foamy mouth after throwing up

My cat threw up few times today but it’s just yellow/brown liquid. Then just moments ago he threw up liquid again but this time his chin wasn’t just wet but full of foam. Vets are closed, should i seek emergency? Does anyone know something? (also, i can’t think of anything toxic he might have ingested)
