Cat peeing EVERYWHERE

My cat pees everywhere. Every fucking where. Hes started pissing on the floor. Literally in the middle of the room. I mean its utterly disgusting. I dont know what to do with him anymore, Im living like a prisoner in my own home. Im at that point where euthanisia is on the table, but Im thinking even spaying him because Im beyond through. I want to live like a normal person with a normal cat. Has anyone else had this issue with a male cat?

We got him a litter box, he goes out when he wants, gets all the food he could ever want. Im at a dead end here genuinely.
