Is this worms?

Taking him to the vet on monday, since theres no reputable vet around open on sunday. Just noticed this today, like literally 10 minutes ago. My boy is eating normally, playing, and drinking normally, and this definitely wasnt here a couple days ago. Im assuming it is, and treating it like such to be safe but wanted to know what yall think. Plus cat tax.
