How can i score well in hindi

I have serious issues with time management and on top of that i keep making weird ass grammatical errors while writing. Fir iss saal grammar mein mcqs nahi hai. And for some reason i always mess up in unseen passages. Like padhne mein hi kitna time jata hai fir i write the wring mcqs. Anyone got tips to score well or am i doomed?
