Questions about the book "Psalter to the Virgin Mary"

I saw a Protestant saying that the book "Psalter to the Virgin Mary" a book written by >>Saint Bonaventure<< has parts of the Bible where they mention God but in the book He is replaced by Mary, and this really happened, is there any explanation about this?
