Transfer of Polygon/Matic to Celsius Account

I transferred some Polygon (MATIC) to my Celsius account via Swyftx using the receive address provided. The status on the exchange indicated that the transfer went through successfully and I double checked the Polygon PoS Chain Explorer using the transaction hash which also indicated the transfer went through successfully to the correct receiving address.

However it has been over 8 hours and my account on Celsius is still showing 0 Polygon (MATIC) received.

I'm really hoping that its just a delay on their end and I haven't messed up the transfer. I have also contacted their support via email too, but does anyone have any experience with this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
