Brakes: disc conversion vs stock upgrades

Hi,

Looking at upgrading my brakes. I’m leaning to just upgrading/replacing the stock set up. Curious if those of you with a lift have been able to get away fine without the conversion. If so do you have any recommendations as far as front and rear upgrades.
