What is the biggest positive change you have made in your life since having chronic illness?

For me, finding more balance in my life outside of work has been a hard but worthwhile positive change.

I’ve gone from being a workaholic to spending more time with people I love, and more time on my hobbies. It has really been a big mindset shift, but one to make my life more sustainable in the long run with dedicating my energy to spaces that are more fulfilling (and less exhausting!).
