Fragrance collection

Hey, bought these off a friend for 200 for all - most are almost all full except hermes and ysl.

My question is - how do I know which to use and where? And which has good projectivity/longevity.

I tried 4 sprays of bleu noir today and no one could smell it, only my girlfriend when she went directly to my neck to try.
