Driving Advice

Do we think places/restaurants will be open and roads will be okay-ish to drive by maybe 12 or so? I live around worthington and wanted to head down the road to Clintonville. Also I drive a Fiat so the roads need to be pretty decent before I drive.

It’s my birthday and I live alone and I just want to go out to eat or something :) thanks!

Edit: drove just fine! Roads just wet basically.
