Snow and ice on sidewalks
I moved here recently, and do like Columbus a lot. But something that has really annoyed me is the fact that a lot of people just do not shovel and salt the sidewalks in front of buildings. As a result walking around the place and walking to and from the bus stop is a bit of a dangerous game. Why is this such a problem here unlike in other cities with snow. I do remember in Boston the city was very aggressive in fining property owners for not clearing snow within 3 hours (or 3 hours of sunrise if it was overnight).
Also what does one do to notify people about this problem. I'm tired of almost falling multiple times.
