Is this actually considered a key issue? Worth grading?

Seems to be mixed information on this one out there, keys might be -Elektra’s 2nd appearance leading up to issue #181? -Matt could have let Bullseye die but saved his life in the end. - In this issue, Lt. Nick Manolis' is mistakenly called "Manous". (Even the cops said he should have let him die!)

Also do you think there is a price difference for the NS vs Direct for this particular issue?
