I've been getting more serious about improving my gameplay in ranked Halo matches and have been focusing a lot on my shooting accuracy. I understand that accuracy is a crucial metric in determining how effectively I'm contributing in-game, but I'm having a hard time gauging where my current stats stand in the spectrum from OK to great.

Could anyone share their insights or personal benchmarks for what is considered OK, good, and great accuracy percentages in Halo? Moreover, I'm curious about a few specific points:

Weapon Specificity: Does the expected accuracy vary significantly between different types of weapons? For instance, should I aim for higher accuracy with precision weapons like the BR or DMR compared to more spray-and-pray weapons like the SMG or AR?

Efficiency Metrics: Besides raw accuracy percentages, what other efficiency metrics should I be monitoring to better understand my in-game performance? Are there particular stats that are crucial for evaluating improvement in ranked matches?

Improvement Tips: If you have any strategies or drills that helped improve your accuracy and overall efficiency, could you share them? (I already load up octagon before every ranked session) Particularly, how do you practice to get better, and are there specific in-game settings or exercises that you find effective?
