Selling a ticket to the Philly show

Hi folks, I got my brother a ticket to see Conan Gray in Philly this Tuesday, but he ended up not being able to go last minute. I'd like to still give him the equivalent money from a ticket sale. I'd sell for $50 given the current going price and last-minute nature.
