Concerta gives me anxiety in the beginning when it starts working

It's really annoying, after about 30 minutes of taking the pill the anxiety starts to rise which generally lasts around 30-45 minutes, I don't experience this throughout the rest of the day so I find this really strange especially considering the fact that the medication doesn't even peak at that that moment.

It's honestly making me think of changing to Vyvanse, also because of the fact that I have a small rebound after the instant release part of concerta stops working.

First having to experience anxiety then I can be functional for some time after which a rebound comes in and then the extended release starts working which makes me functional again after which the rebound would come back in. It's pretty annoying for my brain to go through this rollercoaster daily
