A legislator has submitted a bill that would ban GPS navigation from offering alternate routes to avoid traffic

How do they expect that to be implemented?

You can't just make a feature not available within the borders of CT

This seems like a brilliant example of a legislator not doing their homework on how something proposed would actually work.
