Sensitive question...

I don't know how things work for Hispanic people when they first come here as teens, but for Brazilians it was normal for our parents to get us fake SSN and tell us to pick fake names to work under. I even had a fake green card made to be able to keep working, it was crazy times being a teenager and not really understanding the gravity of these things at the time.

My question is, have any of you gone through this and successfully gone through AP and come back? Like, did immigration flag anything?

Even to apply for DACA it was recommended to me and others in our community that we do not disclose any other names we'd used in the past. Now I'm scared to apply for AP and get flagged when coming back.

Anyone with similar story? I have asked for FOIA at USCIS and CBP to be sure.
