DRG Multiplayer free on steam?

I bought DRG on my xbox and I now mainly play it on my PC from the xbox app tho multiplayer requires xbox game pass. There's a 67% discount on steam rn and I wanted to buy it but just wanted to make sure: Does it have FREE multiplayer??
